About us
We are Savant Learning Partners, an educational consultancy organisation with a team of curious professionals that radiates energy. Our team consists of 15 L&D Consultants who provide customization services to our clients. We offer a wide range of services, think of advice, designing (blended) learning trajectories, developing learning materials and training, but we also offer process guidance, project management and interim work.
Savant Learning Partners is, together with Maxxecure, Public Domain, Savant Learning Partners and Moovs Digital, part of Group Moovs. Group Moovs guides her (international) clients in strategic behavioral development through coaching, leadership and cultural trajectories, training, courses and digital innovative events.
The function as Learning & Development Consultant
As a Learning and Development consultant you have a role with diverse responsibilities. On the one hand, you know better than anyone how to develop learning strategies, interventions and initiatives for our clients, but you also do know how to advise on learning interventions and to support the implementation process. You have a strong vision on learning and therefore you can take our customers into the process from analysis to the implementation phase.
Tasks that belong to your function:
- Mapping out the learning question;
- Designing and developing customized learning interventions;
- Advising on learning interventions and issues;
- Think along with customers and colleagues about interventions;
- Designing learning interventions;
- Collaborate with customers (co-creation);
- Working on a project basis.
In addition, beside working on developing learning strategies for our clients, there are also others aspects that fill your agenda. For example, you contribute to quotations/tenders, you have team sessions with colleagues and, off course, you also spend time on your own development.
Who are you?
As a person you are energetic, you take initiative, you are curious and you are willing to face new oppertunities. You have completed an Educational study, such as Educational Science. In addition, you enjoy working in a diverse role, where no day is the same.
